What all you 'to be northern' people actually want to say is 'oh to buy a house in a not so nice area'.

Look I'm not sure who you southern fairies think you are but I'm starting to lose my patience with you suggesting that everywhere up north is cheap when the average house price where I live is £255,000.

Do you not have any rough arse area's down south? Because all the places that seem to give people a blanket view of the North being cheap are the shit hole area's where no one would want to live anyway Merseyside being a prime example

My argument isn't that the north is as expensive as the south anyway, its just that its not as cheap as you think it is if you want to live in a decent area
