It doesn't say 'banned' in his profile but it does under where it says 'Premium Member' if you look at any of his posts, as I said just noticed this while looking at a thread in PL earlier.

He left America when he was 3 from what I know. So essentially he's only American by technicality. And yet he loved letting people think he'd been there all his days.

You are Scottish technically because you were born here, same with him and America. I'm meaning people can't blame his attitude on him being a yank because he was only born there.
