I think im going to upgrade to this within the next few weeks. Ive seen nothing but good reviews and some say its better than the htc desire which was also a big hit.
Ive only ever had 2 samsungs, 1st being the E200, lol and then the D500.
Anyone got the Galaxy?

My mate bought one the other week. Quite light and thin. Has a weird thick part at the bottom and isn't all flat like the iPhone, bit bigger too. Screen looks good and it has a widget feature so you don't have to go in to apps to see latests updates etc.

Flash is one thing i can live without. im not one of those who takes pictures everyday for facebook, bebo etc which i dont have so i can live without that.
i dont think im going to go for the iphone, purely its over rated and lacks a few essential things compared to other phones.

if i was out of contract i woujld get one in a heart beat tbh, i meen you can get them free on a £30 contract easily enough
its better speced than the iphone and imo of coursr android is leaps ahead of the iphone os
fuck knows why people pay hundreds for the iphone and have to get it on an expesnive contract when their is better alternatives out there for a lot less money

iPhone and Galaxy share almost exactly the same hardware.
The Galaxy screen is 4" though so it's definitely bigger than the iPhone.
At official prices the iPhone isn't worth getting over the Galaxy.
Android is arguably a better OS (imo it is).
The screen on the Galaxy may look better in some situations but it's got less resolution spread over a bigger area so the Apple screen wins.
Android web browser is better than safari and proper flash means that the web experience is genuinely better.
