Had a few issues recently which im slowly overcoming.

Had my downpipe start to come away from the turbo, so to get access decided to remove the wastegate and screamer.

This is when i discovered this......

A quick phone call to Colin and Chris @ BlueFlame had got the weld all migged up for me

Also got some part worn R888s for my Cesaros but no pics.

Other then that, its pretty much all good

Month of ups and downs for me.

Clutch died

Manifold is cracked on the turbo flange.

Flexi has seen better days

So to cheer myself up (and so next time I drive the car I wont freeze to death) I went and spent some money.

New heater matrix

Boost Controler

Flywheel and Helix 6 paddle clutch
(will add pics when my mate sends me them)

And today iv just ordered £80 worth of oil for my gearbox and engine from Opie Oils.

Going to Pipe Werx tomorrow to see if they can repair my mani, replace the flexi and in the future add some bracking to help support the weight of the turbo and mani (believe me not a light weight set up at all)

Bit of a ride but ah well, thats life

Well been spending and having stuff repaired.

Had my mainifold welded by Pipewerx but the heat warped the T3 flange which has now been remachined flat on a mates Mill.

Also ordered various Roose Motorsport hoses in black that I required.

Got an SBD coilpack bracket on its way to me also, and some bits and bobs from autovaux.

Pics will go up when it all arrives.

Just wiring loom to go then the rebuild can commence.

Coil pack wiring, un protected from weathering.

Map Sensor wiring, rejoined as it snapped at one point causing me needing a tow home

TPS, was orininally wired in the wrong way round so wires where cut and rejoined the correct way

4 wires are the constant power to injectors, going into a single red which went to a relay. Cant remember where the yellow and red wire went. But look at the shoddy join!

The full Omex loom laid out on the floor.

Right busy week just gone despite the weather, but needs must.

First a quick video that my fag of a mate taken, swear he shit himself

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oGKBp9viWWY

Right progress.....

SBD coilpack bracket recieved and fitted.

New exhaust mani studs going in.

Using the 2 nut method.

Pic of the turbo and mani back together ready to go on.

I got this fitted with new copper nuts, my downpipe back in, put the radiator back in with a Roose top hose, mounted up the intercooler and put bumper back on all in the rain so didnt bother taking pics of all that.

New Omex plug with 3 meters of loom from shawspeed and my new connectors which I got for a bargain price from a guy I know from DTA.

Bit more plumbing and mounting of stuff and its ready to go to get its new engine loom built by Martin @ MEF Motorsport.
