Well after losing the rag with paying out the arse for my insurance i thought it best to get a small engined car to build up a years no claims.
So i looked at flat arch 1.1 saxos and the usual shit then found this lurking on the bay.

1.2 Corsa Vegas.
Resprayed 18 months ago apparently. the paint is in extremely good condition and looks stunning in the flesh so im inclined to believe him.
paid £500 for it with T&T until October. standard apart from the C SXi Wheels, and rather, erm , large backbox.
plans are either stick with the 1.2 for a while or stick a 1.6 16v in there or possibly a redtop. Mums fella is a motorsport engineer so should make things easier.
Wind deflectors
3" Backbox of some sort. Decat and unsilenced centre section.
Morettes or possibly Smoked Depos
Colour Code the plastics
MHWs
give her a good service.
sort out some little niggles.

what you all think?

cheers

Looks very clean. Really good to see a Red corsa actually being red. Only thing im not so keen about is the black trim between both windows on the sides.

Looks very clean, agree with the black strips though but window tints may help to pull it off.

May have some MHW's for sale soon will pm you the link to the thread if they go up

Overspray from poor masking up? Try a claybar on it.

No sounds like overspray if it isn't as smooth! The fact it's darker indicates a light mist of black paint to me!

Get an aggressive clay bar or thinners on it.

Not aggressive enough to remove that sort of overspray I'm afraid mate. Look on eBay for Sonus Grey
