Based on what? not your performances last season, It's not like your Squad is greatly improved either! Infact i doubt theres a place in your squad for arguably your best player of last season in Craig Bellamy now either

Tevez was our star performer last season, without question.
Bellamy is good, i would love to keep him at City but he does not seem to be part of bobby mancs plans. Much the same for Ireland really.
Think there will be at least another 2 signings for us before the window closes and then in January we will be able to go and pick one player off from the rotting carcass of Anfield when the takeover falls through and the banks foreclose on them.
All in all i recon we have a good squad and will be up there, in the top 4 at the end and hopefully fighting it out with Chelsea for the title.

Tevez? Oh yes i remember him, i think he used to be good enough to play in our reserves and the occasional warming of our bench! 
TBH i was impressed with him last season and i think your daft for not using him as an integral part of your team! yea you will get the over rated shite that is milner in exchange for a kings ransom and the impressive Ireland... Very shrewd deal... Dumbass' if anything your squad is distinctly average! and the only reason you think it is good is because you effectively have 2 squads! so yes, you have depth but you ave nobody of any real class!
oh and on the subject of Silva, He will get kicked to fuck in his 1st few months and wont be half the player he was previously at his unsuccessful Valencia days!
Oh and what are you planning on doing about the new Home grown player rules?
