Trying to get myself a new flat at the moment. Took a few spy shots of the place while I was looking around. It's really nice, there was one other person looking at the same time who seemed interested so I'm going to try and pay the holding deposit today or tomorrow

It's 4th floor overlooking what must be the Grand Union Canal. Has a full width balcony with French windows in the bedroom and living room and the ceilings must be 9-10ft high which is an interesting feature on a purpose built block...

Yep, just for me. But it's actually quite large for a one bedroom

It's just off of Snow Hill... Though Bridnley Place would be pretty nice!

It's great just being walking distance away from stuff. Go out, party and stumble home. If your feet hurt pay a fiver for taxi and you're at the door

I think you get used to living in flats, personally I love it. There are downsides, like the other people who live in the building, but that's partly why I'm moving out. The place I live at the moment has gone down the pan big time. I think there are only about 5 owner occupied units now and it would seem that a lot of tenants are just wankers. The new place has a higher proportion of owner occupied.

It's a little Japanese bath which is about waist height or more high. You sit in the corner of it upright as opposed to lying down. Or you just use the shower...

It looks like one of them spastic baths without the door.

Yes, a bit odd. It's for space I believe but the bathroom is pretty large!

I'm after a frame like the one in the first picture - fancy asking the current owners where they got it from
