I really hope I don't crash at a track day I've been close a few times, but I guess I've been lucky.

People seem to be giving JR a unusually hard time about this and i'm not sure why? I'd still happily get in the passenger seat of a car jr's driving.

Same, some fucking bent people on here that have never even driven on a track or witnessed Jr driving giving their 2 pence.

I enjoy going around the Nordschleife in the Burgendy more than any other car that I've been in.

Half the fun of track days is having that near miss with the barriers.

When i used to do alot of track days i came off a few times but got away with nothing more than a few scuffs on the bumper and stone chips from the gravel pits.

Its all a learning curve.

90% of people on here are in no position to question Jr's driving, he could wipe the floor with most people.

Nice one mate, i have a vision of you after wards discussing it with ian and Ollie with a plastic cup of tea going ahwell

Everyone is up on their high horses now because they've either never been on a track/limited track experiance (like myself).

James don't give up lol! I'd be a bit stupid if after I make Ibiza no1 banana shaped I gave up driving! You learn from the mistakes and at the end of the day it's a car that was built to have some fun in! It's fixed and it doesn't matter

I remember being about 16 and understeering up way into the infield at combe once in my Dad pretty brand new A3 TDi... I shat it but never went round quarry that quick again

Fee - rear end through tyres and bent a barrier
Pug over some tyres (small)
rear of impreza...
smashed impreza headlight...

You have to find your limits to know them... and you did this on a track. Just have a laugh about it, fix it, and try harder!

cheers adam, someones opinion that is actully worth something on reflection it was indeed lucky, and as you say, these days are all about finding limits, your own and the cars

what i take exception to are people commenting on these accidents, never having seemingly been on a trackday

youve crashed, fee has, lee303 has, warren has, gaving destroyed a civic (sorry mate), all quick drivers in there own right, but knowone see's fit to jump on a bandwagon there

thats alright

Glad its all fixed now

Quicker turn around then mine which is still there 11 months later
