87dB drive-by and 101dB static - is that right

Not a hope in hell with the drive-by we got booted off of Donnington for 115dB or something at fairly low boost :/

Static we're only 95'ish dB

Nonsense Adam mate if I'm honest, when I went there was a TVR of sorts and a new shape Ferrari and both of them sounded like WW3 and weren't pulled off.

Plus I have a standard exhaust so noise limits don't matter

I'm fine with james driving it and crashing it, cause he knows the rules and we're mates, out of all my friends who could of possibly pranged it, I know he would do a sterling job fixing it. That and its a shitty 5 door 1.8 16v Astra

I never get noise limits.

Brands had a db limit of 107db for me, I run at 107.4 so had to swap to standard exhaust. Standard run at 105db

Now on video, you cannot hear my bike at all, yet some are going screaming past, far noisier than my aftermarket exhaust but they get through noise testing???

Go figure

Will and JR are not doing budget track days, they would have a 1.4 8v for budget track days instead as thats a super cheap engine. £50 for another engine at the scrappers thankyouverymuch

Noise limits are nonsense, on static mine is so quiet but anyone that has heard a Remus on an Astra knows how load it is.

My Fiesta didn't even get noise tested at Brands He just put the sticker straight on the window

He just laughed when I said "can you stick it up there just so I don't feel left out"
