I always use a small hammer and small cold chisel.Works everytime,place the chisel tip on the edge of the bolt,aslong as the head is still on the bolt,give the chisel a couple of accurate taps with the hammer should just free off and aslong as the bolts not totally seized you can just twist it out my dad showed me a couple of yeas ago,its never failed me.

Hijack - I have rounded of the toffie nut on the brake line! Can i do anything or do i have to replace the whole brake line

Drown it in Magic juice (WD40), heat it up and undo with mole grips

You can put a new nut on the brake line but for that you'd need a pipe flaring tool and it can be a bit of an arse if done with a cheapo tool. For the cost of a new brake line I'd say just replace it.. or try tightning with a decent pair of grips

already been said i think but heat and molegrips and if still not joy would probably be worth replacing as it'll no doubt come back to haunt you
