Heyup plumbers. Are these things any good? Do they knacker your shower / pump in any way? The only review I can find is on ciao.co.uk so Im not going to consider it.

It's a pretty powerful powershower as it is and its brand new but I definetly dont want to use a small device like this if its going to cause long term problems.

We had one randomly turn up in the post a little while ago and it's made a massive difference (although ours is a shitty mixer shower)

The pressure is now much better but then it couldn't really get much worse than it was

Just found something on MSE Forum, must of missed it last night. The back pressure from this thing blew some poor sod's push fit connectors off and he flooded his house Think Ill be giving it a miss. Thread here for anyone who is interested

tbh tho mate i've seen normal water pressure blow off push fit fittings off water pipes on building site's

I hate pushfit with a passion, I very very rarely use it, only use it when I really have to

cant see them things doing much good tbh

Are your water bills really that much? It's the cheapest bill we get.
