just for those people living under a rock in the world of Gran Turismo, PD are releasing a new demo to show off the new physics they have been working on.

the demo is related to the new GT academy, and features 2 cars and 1 track.

this is released for free on the PSN store tomorrow

the demo is just really for the GT academy,

its where everyone does a time trial and the best x number of people get put into round 2, (new track) and then out of them the winner gets to go to GT academy and race a real car.

same thing happened last year and the lad is driving professionally now.

I shouldn't bite but fuck it.

I think the idea is to promote the GT Academy like Chris said, so infact I'll be on it for fucking ages trying to put a decent time up.

Yeh I have.

You get one track, and one modded Nissan and one unmodded. The track is kinda piss easy, but the standard car handles like a right bastard. the modded one is better though.

GT5 - no doubt it will be a good game, probably the best on the PS3... but come on, the game is in its 4 years of development since its announcement. Piss poor IMO

You can compare Forza 3 with GT5 all day long in terms of spec, screenshoots, gameplay footage etc... but theres nothing better than just playing the bloody game... something PS3 owners cant do until next summer... sorry correction - you do have these demos to keep you sweet

Best time is 1.39.127 in the tuned car.

Ranked 173rd at the moment

Record is 1.36.804

I really need a steering wheel and pedal set up

I really need a proper steering wheels set up, just nowhere to fit it in my room
