Hey guys, i've had this a while from standard, well i've had it 3 months, it's a bit of a monster now

Aem Cold air induction
Spoon N1 Backbox
2.5" centre section (B pipe)
DC sports ceramic manifold, professionally heatwrapped
RBC inlet manifold powdercoated
Hondata cold air inlet gasket
K-Pro ECU, Limit set at 9k RPM, launch at 3.2k, Vtec 4.3k
Energy suspension engine mount inserts
Energy suspension lower control arm bushes
Quaife LSD
Rota Slipstream 17x7.5j Flat black
225/45/17 Goodyear Eagle F1
BC racing coilovers, Solid top mounts with camber plates, pillow ball solid lower mounts

Ran 0 - 60 in 6.11 seconds, full interior and 2/3 tanks of fuel, using launch control which most say is pap but worked for me

Have you had it on a RR'd 250bhp is a bit of an overestimate surely, bet its got chuff all torque

with the spec he has its probably bang on that more torque then standard too

They make around 250 bhp with the modifications that i have, and that's ones that don't have heat wrapped manifolds too.

More than enough torque, will easily pull at 30 MPH in 6th if i want it too and will move up quite quickly.

Looks nice and subtle with alot of money spent in the right areas but with 250bhp,an LSD and L/C and it can only do 0-60 in 6.1sec??What are they standard 197 and 6.6??Dosnt seem worth it really.

lol, it only had cat back air filter and ecu then, low front tyres, 2/3 tank of fuel, all stuff from the weekend as we were at combe the day before, didn't have the LSD then either
