Iron on is for between the interior roof panels, got some more white faced thin MDF to go up, then the iron on to finish it.

Worktop is solid wood, doesn't need an edge.

Window ledge is to make a little surround for my matress, just because it's contoured on the leading edge. So any length would do really, need enough for the with of a double plus some bits to go across to the side. Two double bed widths.

Think we only have exterior UPVC cill in, I'll have a good mooch in the containers and see what there is.

I would also get away with a plank of 18mm ply, which I may have anyway. See what you have.

White mdf? Surely white faced hardboard would be cheaper?

Probably but that was what they had and it needs to match the ones that are still up, they are to replace the ones that were damaged in the leak.
