Right strange one, sky+ box connected via scart.
Bad picture, along the lines of a bad coax signal on normal tv, but if you press tv on the sky remote the picture gets slightly better.
Has been happening on another box in the house for months but now it's started happening on my box as well.
2 different types of + box, 2 different makes of tv, I'm a bit stumped.

scarts in good knick?
connected to correct socket? rgb?
rgb selected in setup?
obviously not a signal problem have you any wireless things close to the boxes like wireless phones or alarm sensors?

Scarts are fine, tried swapping but no luck either, correct socket and rgb, nothing changed since they were working properly.
Nothing wireless near either box, he boxes are directly through the wall from each other though and one has been like that for ages.
It's a strange one.
