weird problem with the sky box, every channel apart from sky sports 1 and 3 has a perfect picture but these 2 freeze up and jump about so much u cant make out whats on, the other box downstairs from the same dish displays the channels perfectly but my box doesnt, sound like a problem with the sky box?

Best get it sorted for tommorow night, we've got Aberdeen in the cup on Sky Sports 1.
