As long as they have a

A throttle position sensor or accelerator pedal position sensor - Nearly all cars have this, so it is a given
Fuel injection or Coil on plug ignition - Again, 99.99% of cars....
A clutch "up" switch

Put WOT box into google, it's an interesting piece of kit by the looks of things. Allows foot to the floor gear changes as well by cutting the ignition for a short time between gears instead of you lifting off the throttle.
