suffering inlet temp issues badly yesterday which was cutting the boost. so yes, i want the car to be cool. im not cool. there is a pic in my project thread to prove that.

the just look like a flat bit of plate?

i had been thinking they would need to be sort of a "s" shape type thing.

I've seen ones that are a flat plat, and others that are machined from a piece of billet ally. Nothing all that complex as the bonnet catch will still work at a funny angle, plus you have catches anyway...

flat plate it is then. couple mil thick so i can still put a minor bend in if it needs it.

the shape of the bonnet hinge alan, where it attaches to the corsa bonnet is on an angle sadly.

On my XSi they were quite literally flat plates. I can't remember correctly but I think it was like a flat plate, then long bolts, then another flat plate.

Aye actually, they're vertical aren't they?

I need to re-align mine, fucked it up when I fitted bonnet lifters.

due to the angle of the bonnet hinge, would need a plate like in the pics above.
