Im loving these ideas as im actually the closest to all these beaches!
If you want sandy beaches then id pick west wittering (expensive though)

West Wittering is a nice beach though, if everyone clubs together we could have a BBQ on the beach (each person brings a pack of sausages or burgers), I've got a BBQ i can bring down.

If you spend all day there it's a good value day out.

I also don't mind people jumping in my car for a couple of quid in fuel (dave, deano, i know it's a long way for you)

ive never been to wittering or up the spinnaker tower and i can see the thing from my house

a meet down the beach sounds like a great idea

lee on solent nice and stoney lots of seaweed???
