I 99% sure i have the Answear.

I had the exact same problem when we Lowered my Dads Car on a full Jamex set-up (40mm) We did everything,Greased them,Refitted them,Removed things Etc Etc.
Then i read about someone else's problem and someone said somethings about the Top Mounts (Bits of Rubber)

So i looked at the old Top Mounts and found them completely diffrent to the Jamex one's.
So we swopped the Jamex one's for the Old shitty one's and Hey Presto its ok now,Well i wouldnt say perfect but alot better.

I have just put the rest of the noises/problems down to it being a shit cheap budget Kit.It still looks lower on the L/H/S & The Springs make a clanging noise still he's happy so,So am i.

Hope this Helps Mate,Sorry for the Essay

Let me know if it doesnt

Craig

My Jamex rear shocks did exactly the same, i took them off and greased the shaft, the rubber seal is to tight for the shaft so it dries out and then squeeks
