Time to start a fresh thread

Car/Chassis

Corsa B 1.2 16v SXI bought on 27/12/08 - £1200

day she arrived


very good clean shell, 65k on clocks, 2 owners

first mod


within the first day

engine removed, and fitted in to a Corsa C



Spax coilovers fitted


rear beam removed

Mtech kit, Astra G rear brake set up, goodrich hoses, polybushes





bulkhead cut for tb's

front end painted, black

all suspension componts painted black

Corsa VXR calipers, V6 carriers, 280mm meriva discs, good richhoses


morretts and boot lock


Arden blue strut braces/ rear arb



Monkey!

Wired in for morretts and indicators neatly

dash in pieces

Corsa to body shop.....

Gloss black dash/speedo surround

Rieger RS front apron

Berg stickers

03 40k Z18XE removed from Stavs C sri

removed manifolds

Engine striped bare


painted

X16XE rods fitted to Z18XE pistons, with pockets cut in pistons


refitted - new rings, arp conrod bolts


Mock up with spare head



Exhaust system - sbd rep manifold, 2.5" custom system



x16xe manifold - adjustment needed to fit

to fit x16xe sump - shortened pick up pipe

modified baffle plate to clear, shortened dipstick pipe - to fit

lighted flywheel

standard cover plate, helix heavy duty friction plate

Gearbox - 4.18 Final drive, Quaiffe Diff, WR 5th gear



bolted together

ready to go in

engine in



Ported and polished Cylinder head



cylinder head bolted on

Newman 288 cams, dbilas vernier pulleys


Jenvey TB's



Astra Z20LEH VXR injectors

Webber FPR
Management Gotech Mini Pro

Like the burg graphics quiet a nice touch. I saw a MK5 fiesta zetec s with st stlye side strights on them, good idea!
