No. They don't check the spare, and if they do, it's not part of the MOT.

when i had coilovers on (FK) i had the same problem, camber and tracking were a mile out after a cowboy garage had fitted new track rod ends

ended in one fucked tyre and a pebble dashed back bumper

i just loosened both bottom bolts and pulled it out as far as possibile then pulled the top out as much as possibile

was quite tight but was clear of stut and spring platform

Nice one, i've sorted it now though, i think, camber is looking 90% better, tracking was out by a mile, but pulled it in a bit.

Friday - Re-Mot Day

Got the dash in bits at the mo, wanted to tidy up the wiring, finish that off on friday.

They do check the spare on the MOT, but if you have a spare thats bald then they will fail it, but if you have no spare wheel it will pass

Tyres fail if they have serious cuts, bulges or other damage. The wear on the tyre is checked with a tyre tread depth gauge to ensure compliance. The tyres are examined to ensure that there is no fouling with any part of the vehicle.

Note:
The condition of the spare tyre is not part of the MOT.
