right then i bought a corsa b smooth tailgate off him on the 6th of JAN paid throught paypay sent payment as a gift like he asked me too was finally sent out on the 5 of FEB is now been held at keighley service center for dhl and is listed as damaged. i was speakin to the area driver when he collected somethink from u and he said he was goin to drop a parcel off for us but did not put it on the van as it was damage and poorly wraped up. so all i want is my money back i think i have waited long enough now

He has sent the item out and DHL have done the cock up. Phone DHL and ask where the parcel is and can they deliver it.

have u read this page the parcel is at dhl service center listed as DAMAGED!!! i have not seen singed or refused delivery on this item i just want my money

mate if its a smooth tailgate they cant exactly post it through the letterbox can they. they may have tried deliver it and cant as u either werent in or as said its fookin massive.

as every1 else has said phone the dhl instead of shouting your mouth off pal!!!! then you can claim through dhl!!!

it was supposed to be gettin deliverd to my place of work which there is someone there from 8:30 to 6pm monday to fri so wind ur neck in!!!

It was mega wrapped! beyond how i normally would wrap anything, cost me £20 for the materials! Its up to him to sort it now with DHL im afraid.

If it was me selling I'd probably personally give DHL a call, ask them more about the damage and have it delivered back and sort a claim really.... but I'm a fair guy, too nice for my own good, dont like people thinking I'm a rip off merchant but if you pair agree on a course of action i.e. whos gonna sort it, then it's all good rather than bitching at eachother
