That pipe will definetly get smashed to pieces no matter how much you try not too. Plus looks a bit untidy there!

Good project though I'm jealous of your working space

I'm sorry mate, but that boost pipe looks a bodge. For what it's wort it would be easier to get one made up. I've seen a few corsa turbo's running an intercooler your size & they've not ran their boost pipes like that. Don't take it the wrong way, i'm just trying to help you.

really need to get pics of it back on its wheels to see that boost pipe. my exhaust sometimes catches and its nowhere near as low as that boost pipe is.

I have to agree with the majority that boost pipe does need sorting, i wouldnt like to run the risk of smashing it and something going into the inlet tbh.

you intercooler looks about the same size as mine, i managed to centralise both the rad and intercooler and it fitted fine

i know what you mean but the 90 degree hard pipes i got when fitted onto the intercooler there was no way it was going to fit properly, if i was to get some pipes made up the would be very tight!
will see what i can do

Your intercooler isnt even central mate. Theres loads of room to move the intercooler across by looking through your pictures. If you have a welder & can weld, it wont take you 30 mins to re work that boost pipe & it ould look 100 times better & you wont catch anything when driving along .

i dont have a welder and cant weld.

the intercoller isnt central because the N/S hard boost pipe on the intercooler is tight up agaisnt the front panel! will not move over anymore

looks like your problem is the bend on the 90 degree pipes are not sharp enough
