buy yourself a haynes manual and do it yourself, save a fortune. Sucks if ur mate charges u to do a favour. I most certainly wouldn't

By 'interior' I'd guess you're talking, seats and door panels?

If so the actual interior is a good price imo. I've heard of seats selling for £100

Thats well cheeky, especially if you've known the lad a while. I'd fit it for a couple of beers lol. (although i did help a mate fit his stereo for a chicken burger and some chips)

If he thinks that then theres no way id be letting him anywhere near my car with a tool box!!

What interior parts??

Front seats? These are generally 4 bolts each, loosen, switch & refit bolts.

Rear Bench? This usually folds out, there may be a bolt or 2 somewhere but nothing 2 minutes with a socket set wont crack.

Door cards? Usually a few screws & then just held with clips!!

Anything else??

Carpet - this could be a pain but as the interiors removed very little would hold it in.

Roof lining - not muc holds it in.

Ive removed/replaced about 4 interiors now & theres no way id pay anyone anything to do it for me. Honestly your 'mate' is trying to get a free meal here!!

iv got a Haynes manual already.

i even said that if was to help a mate do something whether if was gonna take all day or not id still help him and wouldn't dare ask for money or expect money for doing it.

iv know this lad since nursery and went all the way through school with him.

i was really shocked when he said he would fit it for £30

another thing that pissed me off is that he said he paid £60 for it and has had it valeted and now wants £100 for it.even tho he told me he got it for £40 when he did buy it.
