I cant find my other post but we've cracked on quite a bit since our plastering issues earlier in the year. That set us back 4 months with the threat of legal action from our piss poor first plasterer but we've been back working on it for little while now.
We're concentrating on the upstairs for now and will move downstairs once our plans have been passed

Then we started to knock it about and strip off the artex that covered every wall, ceiling and the back of some of the bedroom doors

Then our shit head plasterer did this

which took 4 months to sort out;
anyway a few weeks on we're now at this stage
Double ended bath built onto a frame I made; the front panel is been done in traditional cladding with the skirting board following round the room and onto the panel;
Toilet back in (9 months after we took t out)
new door frames, architrave and woodwork along with floor to ceiling towel radiator
bathroom lights (last 3 still to be wired in with the extractor fan)

Its in a 40% sale at the moment so instead of £410.00 its £240.99 - the matching "soft close" toilet seat should be £95.00 but is £56.53

fucking hell B&Q are a right rip off. i got my entire 4 piece bathroom suite for £180. that was from the people who supply B&Q.

like a sand colour; they're the same as the floor but two different sizes on the wall; 100x100 on mos tof the wall with a 25x25 Mosaic tiles for a border and behind the shower.
Got a bit of tiling done at the weekend but no pics yet

tiling is one of those jobs that starts off fun and then does your head in after a while. grouting is where its at though. i could waste hours grouting tiles. for some reason i find it very relaxing.

quick update, these photos are a few weeks old but I forgot to upload them; upstairs is almost ready for carpetting and furniture now. Its amazing having hot water, heating and a flushing toilet for the first time since we bought the house!!!

Temporary Kitchen whilst we're working on the house
and my temporary fire to get rid of some of the timber we've ripped out of the house - burns really well and really heats the hosue up. We've got a Firebelly Log Burner on order as the next job after the upstairs is finished

the tiles are all the same range/colour (lok different in the photos; the floor tiles are also the same as the walls.
I just thought it needed something to break up the walls; I like it but the little tiles were a bastard - everyone was a different size

Bathroom looks nice Lee, i really like what you've done with the tiles.
Not keen on the bath paneling but thats just me.
Hope the rest of the house will be just as good
