Just below the bottom exhaust stud closest to the thermostat ill post some pictures soon. Its not that bad tbh its not going to ruin any preformance or anything. But basicly its just a few chunks of metal have come off. Will be looking for a coscast soon and send it off for some headwork

Wouldent bother my arse with headwork. Just leave the motor standard they go well enough without throwing silly money at them for an extra 20 horse.

Overtightened exhaust stud?

Exhaust stud was already in there buddy. It was tight as fuck and rotten to fuck aswell so just broke the second i applied any pressure to get the cunt out. Itl be getting headwork done anyways for when the throttle bodies go on next year hopefully. So ill be on the look out for a coscast that i can get the work done to it and get it ready so i can just straight swop it over and fit the throttles all in the same week if that makes sence
