Just because we can't all afford beamers

Don't mean to sound rude, but you can just ignore the thread and not read it etc. Tbh I ignore about 3/4 of the threads on a page

I know and can.

70mph in a 12v isn't really revving the nuts off it anyway, revving the nuts off it is 85-90mph.

My 12v does 92mph according to the speedo in 4th gear about to bounce off the limiter lol. doesnt even really rev the nuts off at 100mph in 5th gear lol. still quite nippy lil cars 12v are lol. can keep up with my mates 1.3 swift Attitude untill about 100mph lol

To be fair, there are a lot of those, but sometimes when finances are a bit tight, good mpg is a virtue

That's weird then

Parker's says 16.5, but 16.0 for some models. What's even weirder is that it says that two of the models have 55bhp and the rest have 54

BarnshaW and Joe, I think you seem to be forgetting this website is called 'Corsa Sport', therefore generally, about Corsa's. And funnily enough, there will be 12v drivers, as, it's a Corsa.

If you can't stand some of the most active 12v drivers having a discussion about their 12v Corsa's, then go elsewhere. It isn't even as if the thread isn't clearly labelled. Just don't click in it.

My post-1997 Haynes manual also doesn't tell you correctly how to change the heater console bulbs, so I don't exactly trust it

Nail. Head.

Because BarnshaW, for some their car isn't their pleasure, it's a necessity to get from A to B, therefore having a car which takes as little to run as possible is still important.

That comment was about economy, correct?

That's the only reason I brought the thread title into discussion, I'm not trying to side with anyone just pointing out facts.

Really, I hadn't realised what site I was on. My issue is mainly you, posting the same shit all the time. You bring up your 12v (ftw) in any thread possible, its just boring.

Exactly mate, to be fair we started going on about rev counters but that's still not about economy

Fuck I'm confused.

Wasn't BarnshaW the first person to bring up fuel economy & tax? I was justifying myself when I mention it in 'what car threads'.

Joe - the feeling is mutual when people say "fuck mpg, it's about enjoying it" in every thread. Plus if you have an issue, take it elsewhere, not in a thread which is actually about what I supposedly always go on about.

Now this is really off topic.
