Well after 8 months of French car bollocks I'm back on the Corsa's. Bloody love em! Got this 1995 Smoke Grey GSI with C20LET conversion at a right bargain and I have big big plans. The car is being used as a weekend car only. Here's my progress thread and intentions. Many many updates to follow! Enjoy!!! Jay.

Day of purchase:

i personally wouldn't have the c20let text on the bottom just incase any thieves notice it and could make it a bit of a target if you know what i mean.

Don't think the type of people who would steal Corsa's would have a clue what C20LET means to be fair mate. Probably think its the post code

Cheers matey. Yeh aiming for more power in the future. Going for style first then onto tuning as 200bhp is more than enough for me atm

Update:

Right few things. Ordered my new suspension from Mr. Dave A. Spax coilovers with a 280lb front spring set up to keep the front end nice and firm. Once they're on and I've had a play with the set up I'll post up some pics. Cant wait!
-Ordered a heavy duty sump gasket from Regal to stop the nasty oil leak.
-New heat shield added and began polishing sparkplug cover:

-Got this little baby! A mate of mine runs a body shop and ordered this for a crash damage C Class but didn't need it so gave it me for a right bargain at £50! Worth £300 new and totally genuine. Just need to arrange some pipework and find a way of fitting it.

Will post some more pics up soon! Thanks for reading!

That looks really mint. I think if the wheels didn't have the Renault badge on, they wouldn't look too bad.

Do you know how much power it's got at the mo?

WoW. That's good for 95k. What sort of power are you looking for?
