ok here we are the first picture is the top of the mould, this has already been taken off of the bonnet and the second one is the underneath , remember this is the mould so it is back to front this is the top skin then i have to make the framework. Looks rough but it was just to break the mould in the proper one will have flanges and be tidy

Your looking in the region of £50-£70 in a bodyshop i would guess. Its simple to do on your own tbh as its a nice flat surfice and easy to hang up.

not yet fella it was my daughters birthday yesterday so didnt get alot done but i am currently waiting for the release agent to dry so i can get the gel coat down so i will have some pics for you very soon

yes lighter in weight he doesnt want all of the strngthening under the bonnet he just wants a x brace underneath
