ok i am currently waxing the bonnet, trust me its a long process 12 layers of wax one evry hour and thats before i can even start so i will let you know when i have the mould ready but please be patient as it is time consuming

ok here is a picture of the bonnet that i am going to be producing in fiberglass just so you can make sure it is what you wan, ignore the edging around the bonnet thats just to make the flanges on the mould

i am using 300 chopped strand fg 1st layer gelcoat and 3 layers glass but i have a special thing i also do which i do not wish to let people know as it is my own technique

also it will all be done on the same day so there are no secondary layers which could lead to weakness

the price depends on how many as it stands i only have 3 people so it will be £140 , these bonnets will have the top skin and also the strengthening so it will be 100% exact in every way including the hinge fixings and bonnets catch etc

yes they will all have the extension as it will all be from the same mould, just finished breaking the mould in this morning so now just got to wax it a bit more then will make the main mould ready to produce the bonnets will get a pic up of the breaking in mould, nothing special but it guess its good to see the progress
