i like both these cars mate with the b do it white with checquered roof and put the flag on the bonnet n boot just like the nurburgring astra vxr mk5 n i like the c too they call it spearmint silver

right gone mad turkey!!

had problems with order for arp rod bolts but got some on there way now with new powerflex bushes and omp rear strut brace.

also ordered some new gm bits including:

sunroof
trackrod ends
engine mounts
ball joints
rocker cover

and few other bits

turbo arrived yesterday but no one was in when the postie came gutted..

ahwell all is good!!!

off for the next 2 days so taking loads bits to be sandblasted and powdercoated me thinks

Ask Chip on migweb, he done it to a c20let engine because the pistons were fouling the head, machined them down by 1mm iirc.

Love the project, just make sure you finish it off please . How much did the bushes set you back? & were they from rally designs?

bushes were about 70quid iirc maybe more with vat and postage?? but cheaper than anywhere else. spent too much this month to not finish it mate.

ok, the car is staying glacier white

just got get the shell all ready for paint now. so need all antirollbars and rear beam etc back on so the can can roll
