ive got front speakers 6x9s on the rear shelf and a sub in the boot.

it sounds spot on nice and loud with clear sound and a nice bass kick.

would advise not putting 6x9s on the shelf if your putting a sub in the boot though.

6x9's are crap imo. I just have all standard speakers and a Vibe 10" Sub, with built in amp, perfectly loud enough, shakes all 3 mirrors when on loud, so i think thats loud enough for me.

A decent headunit and Component speakers (amped), and a sub (amped)

Not really any need for rear speakers with that (unless you want to)

I THINK it's 13cm/5.25" speakers with adaptors or 17cm/6.5" speakers without adaptors. (depending on size of magnet also)

im going to replace the standard front speakers, and have a 12" vibe sub + amp in the boot...

not sure whether to fit 6x9s or replace the standard rear speakers though...

fitted some nice alpine tweeters in the front today to ad the the sound

would a vibe fly 12" sub with built in amp be ok? or are they shit? only thinking as there a nice shape and carpeted..
