Apparently we're signing Pablo Aimar for £7m. In talks with Nigel De Jong for £3m
Also signing another Liverpool youngster - Insua

Ive a good feeling about this season. Last summer I didnt say once we'd win the league as just felt we werent ready, but for some reason I really think we can win it this year.

He signed a new 3yr deal with us less than a month ago for starters.

A loan deal is a possibility I suppose, but considering Insua made his first team debut last season, and we can now have 7 subs on the bench for PL games Id doubt it. Plus Id rather he be 2/3rd choice for us and train with world class players rather than be 2nd choice for you lot training with semi-decent players and Joey Barton.

Definately not, I would say he's in benitez's longer term plans and will feature in several of cup ties and cover for if aurellio or degen get injured.

I think theyve done a great bit of PR work here.

They were always going to sell him for some stupid price, they just couldnt turn it down. But by keeping quiet and letting Ronaldo dig his own hole they can now come out and sell him without too much shite being directed at them.

Apparently we have agreed a fee with Spurs for Keane (£10m upfront, £5m in installments and £5m in add-ons). And we have agreed personal terms with him. All thats left is a medical and he will sign before or around this weekend.

Not sure how certain that is, but comes from a reliable source.
