I run a online business and receive over 100 emails a day from potential customers. I currently use a web based email service which is shit. I need something more powerful (perhaps Outlook based) where I can easily see all bookings by one customer or have them automatically sent to a unique customer folder. Anybody have any suggestions?

Is it possible to have outlook based email without paying? Thanks.

Could go for ThunderBird from Mozilla (guys who make Firefox). That will have the same capabilities as Outlook such as making seperate folders and filtering emails.

Sorry I've got outlook software. What I meant is what email providers support outlook - and are there any free email services that use outlook . Because as I understand it all the web based services e.g. yahoo mails, gmail, hotmail etc are browser based. Whereas outlook based email is only from internet providers like aol, sky etc.

I use Outlook for my Hotmail account, it's also set up for use with my university e-mail account too which is a POP account.

You can do what you like with it

If you run an online business, surely you have a website? Run the emails through your website address to outlook??
