I was driving home today after picking up my car from Vauxhall, when I drove past my old high school and since it was 'home time' there was kids swarming the roads. As i was waiting in traffic, I noticed a small year 7 lad minding his own business when a group of older lads ran up behind him and started pushing him around. They took his bag off him and started tossing it. None of the other kids seemed to be helping him, so I parked up and got out the car and told the main lad to leave him alone... Well I swore and cussed and was generally being agressive because I felt sorry for this lad. I could see it in the guys face that he was shitting himself, and he gave the bag back to the kid and it ended as fast as it started. I wont forget the look of relief on the bullied kids face though, it really made my day... After getting in my car I started to worry that after I'd gone they'd start on him again but i drove on because I cant help everyone.

Just wondering on some peoples experiences. I was for a short time, and that was mostly because of the company I used to hang around with... But I remember how it used to feel, and it actually makes me sick thinking about all the kids out there now that are feeling like crap because they get bullied at school

I may of been a sligh bully, but I didnt really realise it at the time so wasnt something I set out to do.

Never made any one particular persons life hell though, or did anything too bad.

That kid you helped was probably getting the worst of what he was getting when you stopped...bet once you went though the beating was worse than it was going to be!

Yeah, I had a short period in year 11 where I used to tease this kid a few years younger then me. I never thought I was bullying the lad, it was just playful teasing (he used to join in with it) but then his older sister who was in my year told me he'd come home some nights crying, and she thought he was being bullied by someone in our year... Never saw him after that

That's what I was fearing in the car, but I couldnt leave him there... I know the feeling of everyone laughing at you, but I got my own back on my bullies. Besides, the guy bulling him shit his load when I stormed towards him and more or less handed the kid back the bag before I got there... must of though I was the kid's older brother or something

a compass in german class then.

To be fair I blame alot of the teachers for it. its was so clear what we where doing to him. I mean we put a dead crow in his bag, covered his coat it spit among other really nasty things.

Someone should of had a go at us.

I was bullied by people who i thought where my mates, reputation and popularity was more important to them.
Did get into a few fights with them but it didn't solve anything.

I found other mates but they would never help me out or stand up for me as they where mates with the people I didn't get along with.

Had shit loads of prank calls, was always waited for before and after classes, I used to get out of class early just to get past them, ended up missing alot of school because of certain lessons I would not do as they where there.
Most of the teachers where brilliant and did there most to help me out, but it still didn't stop it.
Was afraid to go out most of the time, just incase I would see them.

When it came to my last day at school I was over the moon, and happy to see the back of school.
Unfortunatly when I went to my first day at college I found myself in the same class as most of the lads I didn't get along with, it started up again on my first day and was bullied again all day, and the teachers did fuck all about it.
That was my first and last day at college

Have had some of the same lad's come into my work and fuck about and purposely try and find me to annoy me, hasn't happened for a few months now so I think im good.

Always hated school, My younger brother goes to the same school now, I never go to any of the meetings he has there as the place gives me way too much bad memories.

You could say that I was a bully for a bit (was really young, had only been in school 3 years!). Just me and some other lads annoying other, quieter ones. Until my big bro started getting bullied so bad that he changed school. When he was talking to the headteacher about it one day one lad literally walked up and punched him in the face!! After that, I bucked up my ideas.

I was the epitome of the middle of the road kid. The nerds could talk to me and the bams knew just not to get involved. I was awarded school captain and rejected it, i dont like limelight

Yeah, quite badly between years 7 and 9

Bullied for being fat, but i was probably a size 12. My 'friends' in year 7 wrote a newspaper about me saying all sorts of horrible stuff then i was left with one 'mate' and after a few months i found out that she was being a spy? for the other girls and telling them everything we said about them so it all kicked off again

Got in a few fights, hardest part was they were my mates since nursery and i didnt know everyone else (nearly 2000 kids in my secondary!)

Quite damaging tbf, hope my kids never go through what i did. Left 6th form 2 months in and haven't seen them since. Glad TBH.

BITCHES.

I got bullied by a lad in my form, name calling only really. Strangely enough, he's really the only one who I have kept in touch with. He keeps apologising but it's all in the past.

I am forgiving...

we hammmered everyone at football

we used to play left foot only in the 2nd half of most games, or headers and volleys only
