Hi, i'm Adam, 30, from Milton Keynes
decided to join up as just got my hands on an n reg 1.4 16v corsa sport.
Starting a project on it as it's currently a non runner - however the car was going to be scrapped but I got given it so it's ideal for a conversion.
When I got it:-
So far in the week I have had it I have started work on the bodywork whilst searching for a donor car or engine. I have debadged the entire car, dewipered the boot and just generally given the car a good clean.
Plans are to change the front bumper for a facelift one as not overly keen on it.

oh and the reason for it being a non runner.......
previous owner didn't get the cambelt changed at service interval. Garage dismantled part of the engine leaving me with this.

Well the guy said it was going to be scrapped so I cheekily asked if I could take it off his hands, was expecting some money to part hands but he said I could have it for free as long as I could get it trailered home.
Plans:-
C20XE or X20XE conversion (this is the plan, if I cant do it to a suitable budget may just stick another small block engine in)
Lower it 40mm
Change the wheels (not a fan, I know someone who wants to swap)
Facelift front bumper
Paint wheels anthracite, along with bonnet and roofskin.
And strip interior
