Just to let you all know:

On my Corsa (2000 W Reg GLS), I had a problem where my drivers belt kept popping out of the clip even when it was securely clipped in. I visited my local Vauxhall Garage and they found an outstanding recall on my car to do with the springs or something in the belt clip. They did the work for free and this solved the problem, I did 10,000 more miles with no more popping out seatbelt.

I feel this is very important but people don't seem to be bothered about it. From what it sounds like, this is one bit that failed on Monsters car...

If its possible could admin make this sticky as its basic personal safety.

I took mine to my local vauxhall garage to have this done a year ago,

it was a 2000 sport

they wouldn't do it, said the recall was out of date and said i'd have to pay for a new part of the seatbelt

Are you only aware of it, if it keeps popping out on its own? Or could it be fine, then fail in an accident?

Recalls don't date - if there's a documented manufacturing fault with a car which affects its safety the manufacturer is required to rectify it.

Could you possibly sticky this for a while Ian, just looking at one MOT thread (S***_UPP's) one, it seems a couple of people arent bothered.

Do you actually have to speak to a Vauxhall person on the phone or is it automated? I have NO time whatsoever for ringing India.

Recalls don't date but Field Remedys do (Product improvements) as I've been finding out these past couple of days when my cam chain snapped....
