ive only just started using a rotary. as always used obitals for most of my work.

And i must say if you take you time it gets great results! - but i wouldnt EVER use a rotary if you are a novice!

ive even started to wet sand now with rotary and it almost gets everything out.

i used 1500 grit wet and dry paper on my 106 gave good results

the paint on 350z's is really thin, bit thin to be wet sanding. done plenty when i did the painting though, wet sanding is a piece of piss once you get the hang of it.

think its just the initial OH SHIT WHAT HAVE I DONE feeling when you sand right down.

and plus you could never get the standard back so quickly using a orbital than you can with a rotary.

lol at that oh shit feeling, you just instantly think,why the fuk didnt i just stop 2 seconds ago.

good work by the way mate, makes me want to do mine but practically every panel needs a respray anyway so im waiting untill i can get the time to do that first.

i wouldn't put sandpaper anywhere near your car unless you really know what you're doing.
