been doing abit of research and seem to have found a soultion to forged piston problem,

seem to match the bill pretty well, gunna look into it abit more.

depends on the shape of the crown,
i'm emailing asking for pictures/drawings theres also a toyota engine that uses nearly the same pistons, cause if i'm right in thinking they'll raise the comp ratio abit as well

also accralite make some rover pistons that are .25mm smaller on the compression height compared to our's so with a skim of the head they'd be perfect

but all research at the min

port and polished, skimmed, and abit of work in combustion chamber

now all iv got to do it lap the valves in, fit new steam seals and then fit the springs and collets etc etc

then can bolt to block, fit cams, cambelt, metal rollers, vernier pulleys, time engine up fit rocker cover, fit exhasut manifold, work out how big flexi pipe to fit, then fir complete exhasut system

oh and did i mention, get the right size throttle bodies as the ones i have dont fit the manifold great.

Sounds like its on its way again though

Saw fad last night and he spoke highly of your lift off over steer control and car park drifting in the snow
