The BMC that you should get for the x14xe has a diameter of 65mm i believe and the diameter of the induction hose is also 65mm.

Has anyone got any detailed pics of them connected up as im not quite sure how to do it as i want to use samco hosing / alloy tubing.

where are you planning on fitting the samco?/..the whole pipe from under the manifold to the tb?..
it'll look tacky IMO

get a mantzel, dblias,of some sort, then get silicone hosing for that.

I can get a pic for you if you like. Fits direct to the intake hose, nothing else needed

it'll be difficult to do on a standard inlet tract, not impossible.
you'll need a joiner pipe, then join into it with samco on the filter side.
