Right at the moment i have an inlet and a bmc cda on my x14xe

im thinking of what i should get next and im either going to get a janspeed 4-2-1 manifold or a de cat. Im not sure which would be the best to go for??

which one will i find the most gains from??

depends on what type of exhaust and manifold you buy. get one for looks and sound and you wont get the same gains as one thats built and designed purely for performance.

im not bothered by sound i was only asking about the de cat because i heard they were really loud , is the janspeed 4-2-1 a good performance manifold?

Why would you want it to be really loud
Janspeed come highly rated as do Supersprint I hear. Theres one for sale at the moment in the classified ads methinks!

Get an exhuast system from Dave A at Vsport, I also wasnt bothered about the sound. But I went there and my car truely sounds fucking awesome and gave it the extra power the slow ass 1.4 needs!

i dont want it really loud thats what the unhappy face was for!!
