On the rear shock when fitting it cam with a metal ring at the bottom followed by a rubber washer and another washer and the a nother metal washer on top followed by the nut i assume you remove the old rubber and metal centred gromet when removing the old shock and put the newones in its place? or do i keep some of the old parts?

Also on the front what parts in what order do i aseemble on the top plate?
Any pictures would be apreceiated?
