update!!!

v6 brakes

twin 40 dellorto's

irmscher inlet manifold, I think it's the wrong kind as in oval ports instead of round, but it was cheap so will get sold on again if it doesn't work out.

That il be from a Nova sport surley? Only irmscher twin 40 inlet manifold I know of.

If it is, not sure if it will fit, with it being off a 1.3 8v.

Theres t40 inlet manifolds on tuning.co.uk iirc.

Oh, just realised that your going to be using a 1.4 8v. Might well fit, unsure.

That irmscher inlet has cathedral ports, whereas your sri head will have round.

Why have you removed a decent modern-ish engine tho to fit an older 1.4 on even older carbs????

old dellorto's have better internals than webber's, people used to get dellorto internals and shoehorn them into webber carbs because the rules say the car has to have webber carbs only.

not much of an update, but got the steering rack off to put an electric one in. Also ripped lots of unused crappy wiring out.
