I've just brought one of these :
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260161408153&ssPageName=ADME:B:EOIBSA:UK:11
The instructions that came with it says that the parts that are not included are Induction Pipe and Breather Hose.
My question is why can't I use the existing induction pipe and what breath hose (Size) is it that I assume needs extending ?
If any has fitted one of these any helpful tips would be appreciated, from what I can see it's pretty straight forward. Also how long do you reckon it should take ?

The breather hose, just leave that dangling over the back of the gear box.
The induction pipe, chop it so yo still keep the hole for the AFM. then turn it 180 degrees. The bit that went onto the airbox, that side to the TB. Then use losts of tape to seal it up.
Or try and find a 1.7 TD hose. Good luck tho.

Hi, I bought a performance manifold from you, a few months back and its been fitted for a while now, with great results! Ive got a performance meter that measures g forces and through this can measure horsepower. I tried this with my Corsa GSI X16XE, just thought you might like to hear the results. With your inlet manifold, catback stainless exhaust and an enclosed type induction kit it managed 141.5bhp! Very impressive! Use these results for prospective buyers if they are useful. Thanks again Ashley Venables.
Load of BS. Expect 10 BHP.

Cheers Steve,
I've heard they give a good bhp gain, I was also think about getting bigger injectors, as it stands to reason that if I'm getting more air then I need to get more fuel to get the most out of it.
Any recomendations as to what injectors to get or do you think the standard ones will do.

no need for bigger injectors, standards are fine for up to 160 bhp. you arent actually getting more air into your engine either but the same amount of air but with less restiction at higher revs.

Good man Dean.
These are a hell of a lot better than the instructions I got.
