Hi, ive have a PECO Back box that ISNT stainless steel on my car for the last few months and its sounded fine.

i have just this morning been down to Powerflow and had a powerflow stainless steel mid section pipe put it.

When i started the car up is souned fine but as i got further down the raod and i put my foot down there seems to be loud cracklin/popping noise?

This only happens when i go past about 4-5 thousand revs and it makes alot of noise.

But after about 10 mins of driving the noise seems to dissapear a little bit but can still be heard some times.

Any ideas why this is? isit becuase the whole system isnt stainless steel? or has the mechanic messed something up with cat?

Im getting a powerflow stainless steel back box fitted form the next week so i hope that might fix it.
