has anyone ever tried going to powerflow and asking them to do the welding with stainless steel or even offering them more money for it? could solve a lot of problems!

When you weld stainless steel you have to use stainless steel welding rods and a TIG welder... The problem with Powerflow is they tend to use a low grade of stainless steel, which is fine for South Aftrica where thier products originate, but in the UK the grade isn't adiquate. You have to ask them to use the higher grade of stainless steel which costs more, but then you will have a longer lasting exhaust system.
However there are better custom exhaust fabricators, who aren't franchises of a company, who have better reputations and produce higher quality products.
