firstly did you weld it or just filler it?how big a hole is it? im guessing as its not a major stressing point it wouldnt crack as easily?! also what aerial did you use if any? glass mount? pillar mount? any pictures would be nice also and roughly how much i should expect to pay

to be on the safe side, any metal work ie smoothing should be welded.
the hole is about 2 inches by 1. not big tbh, you can get internal arials from e-bay which you can either hide in the roof linning or mount on the front or rear window/screen
