So, I'v been looking through the progress threads on here for a while now and thought id make one my self..

so this his how it looked when i bought it but with out the softstars and the smoked lights..

So i fitted somed smoked lights and bought some brand new Irmscher softstars..

It remaind looking like this for while untill i got bored of the look so decided to change the front bumper to a smooth Irmscher front bumper which i bought off here off Hamish
I also got a badboy bonnet made up aswel

So this is how the bumper looked when i got it..

so i gave it to my mate who does bodywork for volkswaggon and he sorted it out for me and resprayed it and this is how it looked when i first fitted it

I then decided i didnt like the V grill so i got a debaged grill and i also put the door rub strips back on

I then got hold of some corsa daytona recliner bucket seats off ebay which matched my door cards quite well

And i also fitted a volt meter..

I decided i didnt like the smoked lights any more so i fitted the standard lights back on and this is how it looked.

I preferre these lights now it looks much more suttle and looks alot newer lol

I got bored one day and decided to paint my rocker cover yellow and this is how it looks.. i think it turned out quite well..

I also taped my lights up to give it that track look lol but i dont know if i like it yet

Yesterday i took my v6 288mm break discs to be drilled into 4 stud and got round to fitting them last nite

(wheels could do with a clean lol)

Iv decided to spray the wheels black now with a kind of glitter/metal flake effect in them and they are being done this weekend so i will post pics up of them once they are done.

Im also getting a set of Steinmetz sideskirts this week and black calibra leather interrior as im bored of how the interrior looks now

I am also picking up a 2.0 8v turbo engine in about 2 weeks so ill be putting more pics up of that going it and a video of it going when its running properly..

Any way thats all for now

looks like it is coming along really well, give it a good clean, and get your arch back on properly, are the badges still on the back? or is that just the sticky stuff? think it would look nice if the rear was smooth aswel

Yes mate, stand there with a hairdryer, and heat the sticky bits up (not too much, enough to soften it) then just rub with a warm damp cloth.

If that doesnt work, do what I did and use nail varnish remover, doesnt smell nice, but does the job.

looking good now mate, when you bought that front bumper it looked a bit of a shed

Love the tow eye yellow for some reason

Couple of little things:

1) Tape on lights no no
2)Calpers need a paint - possibly yellow
3)Drums paint black
4) Rear number plate is slightly on the piss
