Sept '06:

bought a totally standard late '99 star silver 1.6 sport with air-con and twin airbags...

within a week debadged grille, clear repeaters, veccy door interior door handles are on...

car remained like this til xmas '06 and alpine headunit went in...

a few months into '07;

just-about-better-than-standard (but smart) disks aquired...

leather gaitors and chrome gear-knob bought & fitted

magnex bought & fitted...

3-4 months pass...

then...

bonanza!!! find a '99 tigra breaking with EVERY irmscher interior accessory!!! schweeet!!!

get down to kent to raid tigra with front end smash...

that weekend, steering wheel, mats & trims are fitted!!

...& some simple colour coding & punto wiper into the mix...

this month, [still havent fitted irmscher pedals or dash trim - waiting for LEDs for dash etc...]

sept '07

plans get bigger when i buy the wheels i've dreamed of for like... AGES

drove to bristol and picked up my spanking new wheels...

[totally not speedlines or softstars] lol

coilovers next on list...

spax rsx kit bought and fitted [along with disks & pads] this week...

newly slammed, something like 55mm at the front, 60mm on the rear.

THINGS STILL TO DO...

*fit my new wheels when the locking wheel-nuts come thru in the post
*fit the rest of the irmscher interior stuff, LEDs... etc
*new headlights
*3rd brakelight

thanks mate

it covers 3-4 inches less than the original did

not sure of the exact measurements but will check after work for you...

going off the subject slightly, but might be of interst; the blades are dead easy to change, can cut normal blades to fit...
